Terms of sale
These terms apply to everything you buy from Swizee 3D Studio on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who you are buying from
Swizee 3D Studio is a small home business based in Warrington. The seller is Rebecca Dagger. We are not VAT registered.
Stock and custom printing
We are currently building up our workshop inventory so we can get your fidgets to you as quickly as possible!
In stock items: If your chosen colours are sitting happily on our shelf, we will package and send your order out right away.
Custom and personalised items: If you order a custom name keyring or a colour combo that isn’t on the shelf yet, Swizee will print it from scratch. Please allow 7 days from the day you order. If something is going to take longer than that, we will email you.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include everything you pay. Payment is taken at the time you order, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Personalised items
For items where you type a name or word, we print exactly what you typed. Please check your spelling before you pay — once we have printed a personalised item we cannot re-sell it, so we cannot offer a refund or exchange for a personalised item unless it is faulty or not what you ordered.
Names and words are limited to letters and numbers, up to 10 characters. We may refuse to print anything offensive and will refund you in full if we do.
Getting your order
You choose at checkout, and we only sell within the United Kingdom.
Free local delivery is for WA5 postcodes. We deliver those ourselves, by hand, usually within a couple of days of your order being made or packed. It is only for WA5: if you choose it with an address outside that area we will contact you and either ask for the postage or refund the order.
UK delivery costs £3.50 for any order, and is free when you spend over £40. We send those by Royal Mail 2nd Class. For in stock items, we aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days. For custom or personalised items please allow 7 days for us to make your order, then a further 2 to 3 working days in the post.
We do not offer collection.
Until your order reaches you it is our responsibility. If a parcel does not arrive, tell us and we will chase it, and re-make or refund your order. Royal Mail does not treat an item as lost until 10 working days after the due date, so we may have to wait that long before we can act.
If we cannot deliver your order and cannot reach you for 30 days after telling you it is ready, we may treat the order as abandoned.
Changing your mind
Because we offer both ready-made stock and custom items your cancellation rights depend on what you ordered:
In stock items: You have standard legal right to change your mind. You can cancel your order any time before it ships for a full refund. You also have 14 days from the day you receive the item to tell us you have changed your mind and want to return it for a refund. It must be unused and undamaged. We refund the item and the basic delivery you paid, but not the cost of sending it back to us.
Custom and personalised items: cannot be cancelled or returned once printing has started, unless they are faulty or not what you ordered. This is the exception for goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If something is wrong
If your item is faulty, damaged in the post, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of receiving it and we will repair it, replace it, or refund you — including the postage both ways. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3D printed items have visible print layers and small surface marks. That is normal for the process and is not a fault.
Safety
Our items are decorative and are not toys for children under 3 — some have small parts. Please keep them away from heat; PLA plastic softens in a hot car or in direct sun.

Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
