Terms of sale
These terms apply to everything you buy from Swizee 3D Studio on this website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Who you are buying from
Swizee 3D Studio is a small home business based in Great Sankey, Warrington. The seller is Rebecca Dagger. We are not VAT registered.
Everything is made to order
We do not hold stock. When you order, we print your item specially for you. Please allow 7 days from the day you order. If something is going to take longer than that, we will email you.
Prices and payment
All prices are in pounds sterling and include everything you pay. Payment is taken at the time you order, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Personalised items
For items where you type a name or word, we print exactly what you typed. Please check your spelling before you pay — once we have printed a personalised item we cannot re-sell it, so we cannot offer a refund or exchange for a personalised item unless it is faulty or not what you ordered.
Names and words are limited to letters and numbers, up to 10 characters. We may refuse to print anything offensive and will refund you in full if we do.
Getting your order
You choose at checkout, and we only sell within the United Kingdom.
Delivery costs £3.50 for any UK order, and is free when you spend over £20. We send orders by Royal Mail 2nd Class. Allow 7 days for us to make your order, then a further 2 to 3 working days in the post.
Collection is free, from Great Sankey, Warrington. We email you when your order is ready and agree a time. Please do not turn up without arranging a time first.
Until your order reaches you it is our responsibility. If a parcel does not arrive, tell us and we will chase it, and re-make or refund your order. Royal Mail does not treat an item as lost until 10 working days after the due date, so we may have to wait that long before we can act.
If you chose collection and have not collected within 30 days of us telling you it is ready, and we cannot reach you, we may treat the order as abandoned.
Changing your mind
Because everything is made to order, your rights differ by item:
- Before we start printing, message us and we will cancel and refund in full, including any delivery you paid.
- Personalised items cannot be cancelled or returned once printing has started, unless they are faulty or not what you ordered. This is the exception for goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Everything else can be returned for a full refund. You have 14 days from the day you receive or collect it to tell us you have changed your mind, and a further 14 days to get it back to us. It must be unused and undamaged. We refund the item and the basic delivery you paid, but not the cost of sending it back to us.
If something is wrong
If your item is faulty, damaged in the post, or is not what you ordered, tell us within 14 days of receiving or collecting it and we will repair it, replace it, or refund you — including the postage both ways. This does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
3D printed items have visible print layers and small surface marks. That is normal for the process and is not a fault.
Safety
Our items are decorative and are not toys for children under 3 — some have small parts. Please keep them away from heat; PLA plastic softens in a hot car or in direct sun.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
